Every Vans Bikaner order is packed with care in our Noida facility and dispatched to you fresh. Here's everything you need to know about how your order travels from our kitchen to your door.
1. Delivery Charges
- Orders below ₹ 499: A flat shipping fee of ₹ 60 applies.
- Orders ₹ 499 – ₹ 999: A flat shipping fee of ₹ 40 applies.
- Orders above ₹ 999: Free shipping, anywhere in India.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 12 noon (IST) on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.
Fresh bakery items (such as Mawa Cake) have a cut-off of 10 AM due to same-day baking requirements.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Noida & nearby areas: 1–2 business days
- Rajasthan: 2–3 business days
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
These are estimates. Delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays are beyond our control but we'll keep you informed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time. For any tracking issues, our team is available Mon–Sat, 9 AM to 8 PM.
5. Packaging
All products are sealed in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging to ensure freshness. Fragile or multi-item orders are padded carefully to prevent breakage during transit.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply. If the order is perishable and cannot be resent safely, a partial refund will be issued.
